§ 6.05.015. Mandatory collection.

For purposes of this chapter, each household, dwelling, multi-unit residence, apartment house, trailer court, and commercial or industrial building shall be required to contract for solid waste collection with the city or its contractor for solid waste collection. Any owner of a house, dwelling, multi-unit residence, apartment house, trailer court, or commercial or industrial building which does not contract for services shall be deemed not to be in compliance with this chapter.
